She holds an MSc in e-Business, a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher and Professional Education, and advanced mentoring qualifications. Jane is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Certified Carbon Literate, with a background in management and operational development, particularly in construction, housing, public sector, and medical charities.
With over 20 years in radio industry roles and two decades as a university lecturer and corporate trainer, Jane has also contributed to national leadership programs like Help to Grow Management. Recently relocated to Lancashire, Jane enjoys working closely with academia and senior management while spending time with her family.

Personal Bio
Dedicated and customer-focused advisor, consultant and trainer, working with academia and senior management in a variety of industries. Part of the development team for Help to Grow Management, a national leadership programme launched by the government two years ago. Singularly developed the Growth Action Plan for Help to Grow, and the plan was ultimately approved by BEIS. Jane is married to Shaun, with one son and two grandsons, and has recently relocated from Staffordshire to Lancashire to be closer to her and Shaun’s immediate family.
